QUESTIONS: #1 I would love to become a admin because I feel like I could help out the server, and help people that are in need, plus I feel like I could be really good at it if I tried.[/b] #2 I feel Like my application is better because I have a mic, and I don't really get mad at other for doing simple stupid things and I get along with people very well. I also would love to help out this new server. #3 I am a trust worthy guy because before I do anything on the server I think about how It will affect others and how it will affect me. #4 I don't really have anything to tell the reader of this other than I do play other servers so if I am gone for 2 days you'll know why. #5 Usually on school days I come home and do my homework then its about 3-4 Pacific for me then I spend the rest of my day on Gmod but on a weekend I play as much as I can that day. #6 Yes, I have been staff on the server I use to be on but they went to Police RP and I'm not a fan of that stuff. #7 Yes, I Rookie with my right hand understand. #8 On a server named Acient Steel Gaming and sometimes they would test us randomly with out us knowing. SITUATIONS:  #1 I would try to contact higher ups to try and get on and help, I would also try to jail him and keep him from messing up the fun for everyone else, and if a HR does get on i will let him handle it, if not I would give him a ban around 10-20 minutes. #2 I would basically talk to him give him a smack on the hand, let him go if he does it again i would leave him in the jail for awhile, if he does it AGAIN then I would kick him, and if he does it again then I would ask a HR kindly if I could ban him for some time and send him proof of his doing and tell him what hes been doing and wait for his answer (while the 'Minge' is in jail). #3  willl tell the other that it is a ban-able offence and let him off with a verbal warning. #4 If people were spamming the server I would Gag them from chat, if they mic spam it I would do the same, and I will leave them gaged then talk to him and leave him gaged for a while then if he does it again then I will gag him and look for a HR for instructions. #5 If the ban was not reasonable I would seek for the person who banned him, ask him why, and if he still dosent have a reasonable answer then I would look for a higher up to talk with him and wait for more info.
