I've been getting on every day for about a week for around 5-6 hours even when no one is on. So 42 hours or less.


Questions:

  1. Why do you want to become an administrator. - I want to help others. I want to have people love this server as much as I do. I love this server more than any other I've ever been on and I think I want to become a bigger part of the community by joining the staff and making a difference. 
  2. What makes you a better applicant than others. -  The staff I've met on this server are amazing. I cannot be better than them so I just want to add to that amazingness. I make friends easily (according to others) so I can be very friendly. I also have a mic which hardly any of the staff do.
  3. What makes you Trustworthy. -  I don't like to lie or tell secrets. I feel so terrible inside when I do so I just never do it. I think of myself as trustworthy cause I love everyone and everyone is my friend. I don't like to be mean unless someone hurts me or my friends, I know that people have seen me be a little mean before but I'll explain that in the next paragraph.
  4. Describe what for person you are, things we need to know about you. - I have mental problems and I'm very open about it. Here are a few: Schizophreina - A disorder that affects a person's ability to think, feel, and behave clearly, so if I act weird or strange for a little bit then that's sorta why, but I am on meds for it so it shouldn't come up often. A lot of anxiety disorders incluidng panic attacks, PTSD, a version of OCD and a lot more but this is already going on too long.
  5. How many hours do you play Garry’s Mod daily? - For the last couple weeks, 3-6 hours mostly on this server and other RP's but also on PH, TTT and singleplayer sandbox.
  6. Have you been or currently are Staff on any server? - No, but you have to start from somewhere. I have too much anxiety about asking to be staff but I feel like you guys are family so I feel okay to ask here.
  7. Do you understand that abusing your powers will result in a demotion and most likely an IP ban depending on the situation? - Yes, I understand completely. I want to be friendly and nice and use my powers appropriately but if I lash out or something happens, then I understand completely.
  8. Do you have any previous administrating experience? If so, give us a example. - I've never been able to kick or ban anyone but I've given verbal warnings before. This is an RP and if they fail at that then I will give them a warning but I will not abuse the kick/ban system by kicking people all the time. I will only kick/ban with a vote and a reason.

Situations [Paragraph Required]:

1. Yourself and another Admin are the only staff online. You notice that you are the only one handling reports whilst the Admin in question is RDMing constantly. When you tell him to stop and help with reports, he ignores you and continues to RDM. What do you do? - I will report the Admin to the Owner or a higher ranking Admin with screenshots and a trustworthy voice. I will tell them the whole situation and why it was inappropriate. I will check the Admin's side and see why he was RDMing and hopefully it is a good reason, but if it isn't, I would request a demotion for the Admin. I will help the demoted admin feel better and try to be friends.

2. You slay someone for RDM and he abuses you for it. The player then goes on an RDM Spree, When you Jail Teleport him he apoligises trying be forgiven. What do you do? - I would ask him his reasons for his RDM Spree and let the other players hear it if they wanted. Then, I would take a vote and see who wants him to be punished or let him be after his apology. My vote would be dependent on if he was serious about the RP or if he was just here to minge and/or troll. Depending on the situation and other admin's opinions, we would find the right punishment RDMer.

3. There is a new player which is new to StarwarsRP, 20 minutes after he got whitelisted to Clone Trooper, in a event he is accused of RDMing, He doesn’t know that shooting at fellow clones is a ban-able offence, What do you do? - I definitely would not ban him, for I did the same mistake. I would politely tell him the rules and let him RP for the rest of the time, but if he does it again and again, I would find a small punishment, like demotion, to show him that RDMing is not allowed on this server and that he needs to stop otherwise I will find bigger punishments for him. I would be kind to this new player and would go slow with him to show him the ropes and tell him the rules. Maybe one day that new player will become one of the greats.

4. If there are a few users began saying “THIS SERVER SUCKS!” and spamming it everywhere, what would you do? - I would gag/mute them for a few minutes, tell them the rules. I would be polite and considerate with them so that I can show them that our server does not suck. Maybe we can do an event with them so they can see that our server is more intresting than others even with less players because of our daily events. I would try to be patient with them, but if the spam does not stop, then we would give the players a ban.


5. A friend comes to you complaining that he has been banned by another staff member, and wants you to find out why. Upon further investigation, you discover that you believe the ban is unjustified. How do you handle this? - I would get them in seperate calls and hear both stories, I would need to see if anyone else had any evidence of either story. Then, I would get them in both calls and tell them to tell me the truth. WIth all the evidence amd investigation, I would find either one of the players guilty and ban/demote them or find a compromise so they can both be happy.
