And like I said, I am a writer, I know what is good storytelling.   Somebody is minging during an event and runs onto the battlefield where there is hostile npc droids and spoils the event to other players. What do you do? I talk with him, if he does it again, I jail him for 2 minutes, if he continues, 5 minutes, if he REALLY loves minging and is obviously a troll I kick him. Next, I just set him in a room outside of the event.         Someone asks you to ban someone for rdming. What do you do? I talk with the closest staff member about it and let them handle it, for I cannot act as staff. If no staff are on, I notify you in discord, and take the sit, jail him if necessary, but no actions above kicking him.         You are the only person on the server with permission to ban or kick and someone is mrdming. What do you do?  I take away his perms for jobs with weapons, contact you all through Discord, or I jail him. I may kick him or ban him for 30 minutes and tell you all what I did and his Username and Steam ID with the time and date.

I like how you know that you are not really part of the staff team just there to make events for the players. I do like how you respond to the situations for the events and minges truly do. If you contact me in game ill most likely give you gm since im head of it. If you are super active thats even better.
